Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2–3 tsp zaatar
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Dry the Chickpeas
Pat chickpeas very dry using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. This helps them crisp.
- Season
In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, zaatar, and salt.
- Roast
Spread chickpeas in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast for 30–40 minutes, shaking the tray halfway through.
