Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with milk, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with za’atar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Dredge each avocado slice in flour, dip in milk, then coat in the za’atar breadcrumb mixture.3
Place avocado slices on the baking sheet, spray lightly with olive oil, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with tahini or garlic aioli for dipping.
