Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 tsp shawarma meat spice
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season the Chicken
Toss cooked chicken with shawarma spice and a drizzle of olive oil in a bowl.
- Assemble Quesadillas
Lay out one tortilla, sprinkle half the cheese, top with chicken, red onion, and the remaining cheese. Top with second tortilla.
- Cook Until Golden
Heat oil in a skillet over medium. Cook quesadilla 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
