  • 1 tbsp shawarma meat spice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

To assemble:

  • 4 pita pockets
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pickled cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup garlic sauce or tahini

Instructions
