Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Jordanian thyme
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Marinate the Chicken
    In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Jordanian thyme, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and coat well.
  • Roast the Chicken
    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place chicken on a baking sheet and roast for 35 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
