Sweet, salty, and citrus-spiced, these roasted nuts coated in honey and Loomi are the ultimate party snack. Great on a cheese board or packed into jars for homemade gifts.
Set oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a bowl, toss nuts with honey, oil, Loomi spice, salt, and cayenne if using.
Spread nuts evenly on sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, stirring once.
Let cool fully. Break apart and store in an airtight jar.
