In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, Loomi, saffron, lemon zest, and cinnamon. Bring to a simmer.
Add pears and cook gently for 20–25 minutes until tender. Turn occasionally.
Remove from heat and let pears cool in syrup. Serve warm or chilled with extra syrup spooned over.
