Ingredients
- 4 cups bread flour
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1¾ cups warm water
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil + extra for drizzling
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1 loomi, finely ground
- Coarse sea salt & rosemary sprigs
Instructions
Make Dough
- Stir flour, yeast, water, salt, and 2 tbsp oil.
- Knead briefly, then let rest until doubled (~2 hr).
Shape & Top
- Preheat oven to 425 °F.
- Press dough into a greased pan, dimple surface with fingers.
- Arrange citrus slices, drizzle oil, sprinkle loomi, sea salt, and rosemary.
Bake
- Bake 20 min until golden.
Serve
- Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
