Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame)
- ½ cup chopped almonds or cashews
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or date syrup
- 1 ½ tsp Moroccan Harissa spice
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat and Mix
