Ingredients

  • 1 pack halloumi cheese, sliced into ½-inch pieces
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Zaatar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Sear the Halloumi
    Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over high heat. Add halloumi slices and sear for 1–1.5 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  • Cook the Eggs
    Lower heat. Crack eggs directly over the cheese. Sprinkle with zaatar and salt. Cover and cook for 4–5 minutes until whites are set.
  • Serve
    Slide onto a large plate, garnish with extra zaatar, and serve immediately.
