  • 1 pack halloumi cheese, sliced into ½-inch pieces
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp zaatar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Crisp the Halloumi
    Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat. Add olive oil and sear halloumi slices for 1–1.5 minutes per side until golden.
