Biryani-Spiced Stuffed Mushrooms

These bite-sized mushroom caps are filled with a creamy, spiced filling that delivers a punch of flavor in every bite. A perfect make-ahead appetizer for your next gathering.

Ingredients

  • 20 large button mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Biryani spice
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Biryani spice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill each mushroom cap with mixture and place on a baking tray.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes.

Garnish with extra parsley and serve warm.
