Biryani-Spiced Stuffed Mushrooms
These bite-sized mushroom caps are filled with a creamy, spiced filling that delivers a punch of flavor in every bite. A perfect make-ahead appetizer for your next gathering.
Ingredients
- 20 large button mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Biryani spice
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Biryani spice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each mushroom cap with mixture and place on a baking tray.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes.
