Biryani-Spiced Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

Intro

Cauliflower steaks are bold and satisfying when rubbed with a blend of Biryani spice and roasted until crisp and caramelized. They make an excellent meatless main or vibrant side.

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Biryani spice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Brush cauliflower slices with oil and sprinkle with Biryani spice, salt, and pepper.
  • Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Serve with tahini sauce and a fresh herb salad.
