Ingredients

  • 8 oz halloumi, cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Biryani spice blend
  • 1/2 lemon, for finishing

Instructions

  • Marinate
    Toss halloumi with oil and biryani spice. Let sit 10 minutes.

    Thread onto skewers and grill 3–4 minutes per side until charred.
