Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Biryani spice blend
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped cilantro or paprika for garnish

Instructions

  • Boil and Peel Eggs
    Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Cool and peel. Halve and remove yolks.
