Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat the Oven Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Make the Glaze In a bowl, mix melted butter, honey, Aleppo pepper, salt, and cinnamon.

Coat the Nuts Add the mixed nuts and toss to coat evenly.

Roast the Nuts Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 10–15 minutes, stirring once, until golden and fragrant.
