Ingredients

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Aleppo pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

Warm the Oil

  • Warm olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat (do not boil).

Add Flavor

  • Stir in Aleppo pepper, paprika (if using), and salt.

Steep and Cool

  • Let steep off the heat for 5 minutes. Cool completely.

Store

  • Transfer to a glass jar and store.

Serving Suggestion
