Aleppo Pepper Hummus

  • Category Dip / Mezze

  • Servings 4-6

  • Prep Time 10 minutes

Intro

Creamy, zesty, and subtly spicy, this Aleppo Pepper Hummus is a flavorful twist on the classic Middle Eastern spread. Aleppo pepper lends a gentle heat with slightly fruity, sun-dried chili notes that make this dip more layered and complex than your average hummus. It’s perfect for entertaining or meal-prepping, as it holds beautifully in the fridge and pairs well with everything from grilled meats to roasted veggies.
