Intro

This slow-roasted tomato confit is rich, silky, and deeply flavorful, thanks to the gentle warmth of Aleppo pepper and aromatic garlic. It’s a condiment that adds complexity and depth wherever it lands—from toasted bread to grain bowls or pasta dishes. The long roasting process concentrates the sweetness of the tomatoes while infusing them with spicy, savory notes. Make a batch and store it in the fridge to bring quick elegance to any meal.
