Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp 7 Spice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup pomegranate molasses
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Make the Meatballs
In a large bowl, mix lamb, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, 7 Spice, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Form and Cook
Shape into small meatballs. Pan-fry in batches over medium heat until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10–12 minutes.
- Prepare the Glaze
In a small saucepan, simmer pomegranate molasses, honey, and lemon juice for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
