These juicy mini sliders are infused with the bold flavor of 7 spice and paired with bright pickled onions for a punchy, crowd-pleasing bite. A Middle Eastern take on the classic burger—perfect for gatherings or mezze-style dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1½ tsp 7 spice
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 6 mini slider buns
- ½ cup labneh or garlic yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Pickled Onions:
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ½ tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Pickle the Onions
Combine vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add onions and let sit for at least 20 minutes.
- Make the Sliders
Mix ground beef with 7 spice, salt, and pepper. Form into 6 small patties.
- Cook the Patties
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side.
- Assemble the Sliders
Toast buns. Spread labneh on the bottom, add a patty, top with pickled onions, and close with the bun top.
- Serve
Serve hot, optionally with extra labneh on the side.
