Biryani-Spiced Grilled Corn Ribs

Intro

Corn ribs take on a fiery new form with a coating of smoky Biryani spice. Charred, juicy, and full of flavor, these are an irresistible finger food for BBQs or game-day spreads.

Ingredients

  • 2 large ears of corn, quartered lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Biryani spice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high.
  • In a bowl, toss corn ribs with olive oil, Biryani spice, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Grill corn for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until nicely charred.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
