Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp zaatar
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, zaatar, and salt until evenly coated.
- Roast
Spread on the baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
