Za’atar Roasted Stone Fruit with Burrata & Pistachio

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe peaches or plums, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp za’atar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 ball burrata, torn
  • 2 tbsp crushed pistachios

Instructions

Roast the Fruit

Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Arrange fruit cut-side up, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with za’atar, and roast for 18–20 minutes.

Assemble

Transfer warm fruit to a platter. Tear burrata over the top.

Finish

Drizzle with honey and sprinkle pistachios.
