Zaatar Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp zaatar
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Season the Cauliflower
    In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, zaatar, and salt until evenly coated.
  • Roast
    Spread on the baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve
    Serve warm out of the oven or allow to cool slightly.
