Za’atar Roasted Cabbage Wedges with Whipped Feta

Ingredients

  • 1 large green or savoy cabbage, cut into wedges
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp za’atar
  • Salt and pepper

Whipped Feta

  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or labneh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Roast the Cabbage

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Brush cabbage wedges with olive oil, sprinkle with za’atar, salt, and pepper. Roast for 30 minutes until deeply golden.

Make the Whipped Feta

Blend feta, yogurt, and olive oil until smooth.

Assemble

Serve cabbage hot over a bed of whipped feta.
