Zaatar Pasta Chips with Whipped Feta Dip
These crispy, golden Zaatar Pasta Chips are an addictive twist on a snack-time favorite. Tossed in olive oil, garlic, and Zaatar, then baked until perfectly crunchy, they’re paired with a creamy whipped feta dip that balances tang and richness. It’s a crowd-pleasing snack ideal for parties, game days, or casual entertaining.
Ingredients
For the Pasta Chips:
- 250g short pasta (penne, fusilli, etc.)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Zaatar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 40g grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Whipped Feta Dip:
- 1 block feta cheese
- 5 tbsp labneh or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Flaky salt, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until just al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water to stop the cooking. Let cool slightly.
- Season and Bake
Toss pasta with olive oil, Zaatar, garlic powder, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Bake Until Crispy
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, tossing once or twice, until golden brown and crisp. Let cool slightly.
- Make the Whipped Feta Dip
Blend feta, yogurt, and olive oil in a food processor until smooth. Season with flaky salt to taste.
- Serve
Transfer pasta chips to a bowl or platter and serve with whipped feta dip on the side.

- Sprinkle extra Zaatar over the finished chips for extra flavor.
- Serve with olives, cherry tomatoes, or pickled vegetables on the side.
