Za’atar Olive Tapenade Flatbread Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 store-bought flatbreads or naan
- 1/2 cup black and green olive tapenade
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- 2 tbsp za’atar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh arugula for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Assemble the Flatbreads
Spread olive tapenade evenly over each flatbread. Top with mozzarella, feta, and red onions. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle za’atar over the entire surface.
Bake the Flatbreads
Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
Garnish and Serve
Top with fresh arugula before serving.
