Zaatar Hummus
Zaatar Hummus is a zesty upgrade to classic hummus. The earthy spice blend adds brightness and depth to every creamy bite. Whether served with warm pita or spread in a sandwich, it’s an easy, flavorful addition to your table.
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp zaatar
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and zaatar. Blend until smooth.
- Adjust Consistency
Add water 1 tbsp at a time until desired texture is reached. Taste and adjust salt.
- Serve
Spoon into a serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle extra zaatar on top.
