Za’atar Honey Glazed Corn Ribs with Chili Labneh

Ingredients

Corn Ribs

  • 4 ears corn, cut into ribs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ tbsp za’atar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt, to taste

Chili Labneh

  • 1 cup labneh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

Roast the Corn

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss corn ribs with olive oil, za’atar, honey, and salt. Roast for 20–25 minutes until curled and golden.

Prepare the Labneh

Mix labneh with olive oil, chili flakes, and salt until smooth.

Assemble

Spread labneh on a platter. Top with hot corn ribs and drizzle with pan juices.
