This Simple Zaatar Flatbread brings you the aroma and warmth of traditional Middle Eastern baking in just minutes. Whether made from scratch or using store-bought dough, this bread is an ideal side for soups, stews, dips, or to scoop up labneh and hummus.

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough
    Use any flatbread dough or substitute with store-bought naan or pita. Roll out to about ½ inch thick.
  • Add Topping

  • Bake
    Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 10–12 minutes or until the bread is golden, slightly puffed, and cooked through.
