Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (skin on or off, as preferred)
  • 2 tbsp sumac
  • ¼ cup pomegranate molasses
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.

Prepare the Glaze

In a small bowl, whisk together the pomegranate molasses, sumac, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth and emulsified.

Glaze the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking tray, skin side down if applicable. Brush each fillet generously with the sumac-pomegranate glaze, coating the tops and sides evenly.
