Spicy Marinated Olives

Ingredients

  •  4 cups assorted olives (green, black, Kalamata)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Aleppo pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

Mix the Ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients and toss until olives are well-coated.

Marinate

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably 48 hours, to allow flavors to develop.

Serve

  • Bring to room temperature before serving.
