Shawarma-Spiced Yogurt-Marinated Chicken Wings

Juicy, tangy chicken wings marinated in yogurt and shawarma spice, then baked until crispy. Game-day crowd-pleaser with a Middle Eastern twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chicken shawarma spice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

Marinate Wings
Mix yogurt, spice, oil, garlic, salt/pepper. Toss wings to coat. Refrigerate 2 hr.

Bake Wings
Arrange wings on baking sheet. Bake 425 °F for 20–25 min, flipping halfway.

Serve
Serve hot with tangy dipping sauce.
