Shawarma-Spiced Sweet Potato Fries

Crispy roasted sweet potato fries tossed in shawarma spice—sweet, smoky, and vibrantly spiced. Serve with tangy yogurt dip or harissa mayo for a flavorful snack or side.

Ingredients

  • 3 large, sweet potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chicken shawarma spice
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

Preheat & Prep Fries
Toss sweet potatoes with oil, spice, salt, and pepper.

Bake
Spread on baking sheet. Roast at 425°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway until edges are crisp.

Serve
Remove from oven and serve hot.

Serving Suggestions
Pair with garlic yogurt dip or harissa mayonnaise.
