Shawarma-Spiced Stuffed Mushrooms

Bite-sized, umami-rich mushroom caps stuffed with a creamy shawarma-spiced mix—perfect for dinner parties or gathering appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 12 large white mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp chopped spinach
  • 1 tsp chicken shawarma spice
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

Make Filling
Stir together cheese, spinach, spice, salt, pepper.

Stuff Mushrooms
Brush caps with oil, fill with cheese mix.

Bake
Bake 375 °F for 15–20 min until golden.

Serve
Serve warm, straight on a platter.
