Shawarma-Spiced Meatball Flatbread

Mini meatballs flavored with shawarma spice, nestled on flatbread with tomato sauce, cheese, and fresh herbs—a fun twist on pizza night.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken or turkey
  • 1 tsp chicken shawarma spice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 flatbread
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

Mix & Shape Meatballs
Combine meat, spice, egg, breadcrumbs, salt/pepper. Form 12 meatballs.

Bake Meatballs
Place meatballs on baking sheet. Bake 375 °F for 15 min.

Assemble Bake
Spread sauce on flatbread. Top with meatballs and cheese. Bake until cheese melts, ~5 min.

Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle parsley before slicing.
