Shawarma-Spiced Falafel Bites

These mini falafel balls get a twist with shawarma spice for warm, earthy flavor. Perfect dunked in tahini or yogurt dips.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp chicken shawarma spice
  • Salt & pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Blend Falafel Mixture
Pulse chickpeas, garlic, parsley, spice, salt in food processor until coarse mix forms.

Shape & Fry
Form 16 small balls. Fry in hot oil 3–4 min until golden.

Serve
Serve with tahini or yogurt dip.
