Shawarma-Spiced Chocolate Bark
A refined sweet-salty-spicy combination: dark chocolate meets shawarma spice and crunchy nuts for a sophisticated treat.
Ingredients
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios or almonds
- ½ teaspoon shawarma meat spice
- Flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Melt Chocolate
In a double boiler, melt chocolate until smooth.
- Spread & Sprinkle
Pour onto parchment-lined tray and smooth. Sprinkle nuts, shawarma spice, and sea salt.
- Chill & Break
Refrigerate ~20 minutes until firm. Break into shards.
- Serve
Arrange on a platter or wrap as gifts.
