Roasted Carrots with Jordanian Thyme & Honey
Sweet roasted carrots are glazed with honey and sprinkled with Jordanian thyme for an earthy-sweet flavor profile that’s vibrant and comforting.
Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Jordanian thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss and Season Carrots
Combine carrots with olive oil, honey, Jordanian thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Roast the Carrots
Spread on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes, until tender.
- Serve
Transfer to a dish and garnish with a sprinkle of extra thyme.
