Loomi-Spiced Chickpea Pancakes
Savory chickpea flour pancakes seasoned with Loomi and fresh herbs—crisp on the outside, creamy inside. Perfect as brunch or a wrap alternative.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp Loomi spice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Make batter
Whisk all ingredients until smooth.
- Cook pancakes
Heat oil in a pan. Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake; cook 2–3 minutes each side until golden.
