Loomi Labneh Toast with Roasted Grapes

Ingredients
- 2 thick slices sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup labneh
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Loomi spice
- Honey, for drizzling
Instructions
Roast the Grapes
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss grapes with olive oil and Loomi spice.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 10–15 minutes until soft and slightly blistered.
Toast the Bread
While grapes roast, toast the bread until golden.
Assemble the Toasts
Spread labneh on toast. Top with roasted grapes.
Serve
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle extra Loomi if desired.
