Loomi-Infused Olive Oil Bread Dip
A simple yet flavorful dip—olive oil warmed with garlic and Loomi creates a vibrant citrusy note ideal for dipping bread or drizzling over roasted veggies.
Ingredients
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, lightly smashed
- 1 tsp Loomi spice
- Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Warm oil
Gently heat olive oil and garlic until fragrant but not boiling.
- Infuse oil
Add Loomi (and chili if using). Remove from heat, let steep 5 minutes.
- Strain and serve
Remove garlic, season with salt. Serve in a bowl.
