Loomi-Glazed Salmon Fillets
Tender salmon gets a lustrous, slightly sweet glaze infused with the tangy depth of Loomi citrus. Quick to make, yet elegant for weeknight dinners or entertaining.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Loomi spice
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven
Heat to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
- Make glaze
Whisk oil, honey, Loomi, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Glaze and bake
Place salmon on sheet, brush with glaze. Bake 10–12 minutes, basting halfway, until cooked through.
