Jordanian Thyme & Walnut Dip (Moutabal-style)
A creamy, smoky dip blending walnuts and yogurt with a touch of Jordanian thyme—similar to a moutabal but nut-based.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup walnuts
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Jordanian thyme
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Blend the Dip
Pulse walnuts, garlic, lemon, and thyme in a food processor. Stir into yogurt.
- Chill and Serve
Refrigerate 15 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil to serve.
