Jordanian Thyme & Tomato Flatbread
Inspired by manaqeesh, this flatbread is topped with juicy tomatoes, melted cheese, and Jordanian thyme—a simple yet flavorful meal or starter.
Ingredients
- 1 flatbread or naan
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Jordanian thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Assemble the Flatbread
Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Top with mozzarella, tomato slices, and Jordanian thyme.
- Bake Until Crisp
Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10–12 minutes.
- Serve
Slice and serve warm with a side salad or dip.
