Jordanian Thyme & Roasted Grape Flatbread
Sweet roasted grapes and fragrant Jordanian thyme come together on a thin, crispy flatbread with creamy ricotta—unexpectedly elegant and perfect as an appetizer or brunch centerpiece.
Ingredients
- 1 flatbread or pizza dough
- ¾ cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Jordanian thyme
- Flaky salt to finish
Instructions
- Roast the Grapes
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss grapes with olive oil and Jordanian thyme. Roast 10–12 minutes.
- Assemble Flatbread
Spread ricotta on flatbread. Top with roasted grapes.
- Bake and Serve
Bake 10–12 minutes until edges crisp. Sprinkle with flaky salt and serve warm.
