Jordanian Thyme Omelet
This simple omelet gets a flavorful upgrade from Jordanian thyme, paired with creamy feta for a Middle Eastern spin on a breakfast classic.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp crumbled feta
- 1 tsp Jordanian thyme
- 1 tbsp milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Whisk the Eggs
In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, pepper, and Jordanian thyme.
- Cook the Omelet
Heat olive oil in a pan. Pour in the egg mixture and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Add Filling and Fold
Sprinkle feta on one half. Fold the omelet and cook 1–2 more minutes until set.
- Serve
Slide onto a plate and garnish with extra thyme.
