Jordanian Thyme Mac & Cheese Balls
Creamy mac and cheese meets crispy croquette with a Jordanian thyme twist. Perfectly golden bites with melted cheese and herbal depth.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cold mac and cheese
- 1 tsp Jordanian thyme
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Shape the Balls
Mix thyme and mozzarella into mac and cheese. Form into balls, chill 10 minutes.
- Bread the Balls
Dip in egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Fry and Serve
Fry until golden. Drain and serve with spiced tomato sauce.
