Jordanian Thyme Grilled Pineapple Skewers
Grilled pineapple gets a herbaceous glaze of Jordanian thyme and honey for a smoky-sweet summer dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 pineapple, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Jordanian thyme
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Skewer and Glaze
Thread pineapple onto skewers. Mix honey, thyme, and lime.
- Grill the Skewers
Grill on medium heat 3–4 minutes per side, brushing with glaze.
- Serve
Serve warm with vanilla yogurt or coconut cream.
